Development forecast of dry-type transformer in the future

With the application and popularization of dry-type transformer, its production and processing technology has also developed steadily, and the future dry-type transformer will be further developed in the following aspects:


(1) Energy-saving and low noise: With the introduction of new low-consumption ferrite cores, foil winding structure, stepped iron core joints, ecological environment protection regulations, deep-seated scientific research on noise, and the reliability design of computers and other new materials, new technologies, new processes and new technology applications, the future dry-type transformers will be more environmentally friendly, energy-saving and more calm.


(2) High reliability: Improving product quality and reliability will be everyone's persistent pursuit of perfection. A lot of basic research has been carried out on the aspects of magnetic field measurement, wave whole process, casting process, network hotspot heating, partial discharge principle, warranty period management system and reliability engineering projects, and reliability verification has been actively carried out to further improve the reliability and service life of dry-type transformers.


(3) Verification of environmental protection characteristics: Based on the European standard HD464, scientific research and verification are carried out on the weather resistance (C0, C1, C2), natural environment resistance (E0, E1, E2) and fire protection (F0, F1, F2) characteristics of dry-type transformers.


(4) Large space: From 50 ~ 2,500 kVA distribution equipment transformers to 10,000 ~ 20,005 kVA/35kV power engineering transformers, with the continuous increase of urban electricity consumption, substations in urban network areas are more and more deeply embedded in load centers such as urban centers, residential quarters, large and medium-sized factories and mines, and power engineering transformers for central power supply systems in residential quarters with large space will be widely used.


(5) Multi-purpose composition: The development trend from single transformer to multi-purpose integral transformer including air cooling, maintenance casing, temperature computer socket, zero sequence transformer, output power measurement and verification, closed bus and side group outgoing line.


(6) Multi-industry development trend: From distribution equipment transformers as the leading factor, we will draw special transformers with rectifiers, high-current heating furnace transformers, nuclear power plants, ships and oil field service platforms and other multi-functional industries.
